III-Vs Review magazine has ceased publication.

\n

III-Vs Review magazine has been serving the compound semiconductor community since 1988. Unfortunately, the decision has been taken by Elsevier to discontinue publishing III-Vs Review as of the end of 2006.

\n

The compound semiconductor industry is so fast moving and so reliant on fundamental research that we are focusing our publishing efforts in this area. In 2007, we will be publishing special issues devoted to the latest cutting-edge research in compound semiconductors as a supplement to Materials Today magazine. In addition, Materials Today and Nano Today will be covering the latest developments in semiconductor research.

\n

Materials Today and Nano Today are leading review magazines covering the most exciting and significant research in the fields of materials science and nanotechnology. These magazines, which are free to registered readers*, publish a unique mixture of peer-refereed review articles, the latest research news, and comment from leading experts in the field. We also highlight key developments in funding and policy, the industries that might make use of the latest discoveries, and what tools and techniques are needed to do the best research.

\n

We believe that these publications will meet your need to stay up-to-date with the latest in compound semiconductor research, as well as providing an insight into much broader fields. We hope that you will register to receive Materials Today and Nano Today in either print or digital form.
